OMG.  I can NEVER go to Harry's.  Well, only if the Paramedics are already there with the paddles warmed up.  THEN, I think I could eat one of those.  Oh, hell, forget the Paramedics.  Just let me die with one of those in my hand!!!!

On the bun looks fantastic, I can almost smell them.  Heart attack on a bun but what a way to go!
